Armen is a back office superstar. He will greet you in the waiting room and get you comfortable in the chair. He will place your bib, giving you protective glasses and take your blood pressure. He is a true gentleman and natural helper. He is a great listener and knows a lot about our office and what we can do for you. He takes great x-rays comfortably and accurately. He is very gentle assisting all procedures in our office.

Front Office Receptionist she is the one that answers when you call. She helps you get in when you need to be seen for dental emergencies and for your routine cleanings.
Dr. Rafi Rafiee
Periodontist
Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from USC. After graduation, he performed surgical dental procedures in his first residency in the Central California Veterans Hospital and Fresno Community Hospital.Dr. Rafiee then complemented this training by returning to USC to finish his second residency, this time in Periodontics.

Dr Levi Palmer
Dr. Levi S. Palmer was raised in Kelseyville, California. He graduated from Kelseyville High School and attained a degree in nutrition from UC Davis. Shortly after, he attended University of Southern California School of Dentistry and acquired his dental degree. Dr. Palmer then went on to finish his education by completing pediatric dental specialty residency at the Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
